Default How to save my Connect History Users & Passwords - Please help.

Hi. I'm new with FLASHFXP and I have a question that I don't know how to look for it. with my lack of knowledgeable in this software.

I want to know how to I save the details such: user name, url, passwords of the history I have right now in the software? - I'm going to do a format to the computer today and I need to know it kinda fast. - Just how to save it so I can import it later when I install again the software. Please help. - If there is a manual or something....

All the best,
Omri.
