Default Transfer a 7 kb file take 1 Minute+ ?

Hallo,

at first sorry for my bad english. Its only the German school english

I've a Problem with the upload with flashfxp. At first my system:

Win 7 64 bit
* FlashFXP v3.6, build 1240, unregistered (after the problem i'll by it)
* OS [x] Windows 7, [ ] Vista, [ ] WinXP, [ ] Other (explain)
* Running behind hardware router/firewall [x ] Yes & Model [ ], [ ] No, [ ] Not sure
* Running software firewall [x] Yes, Name [Bitdefender],
* Running Antivirus [ x] Yes, Name [Bitdefender ]
* Network [ x] DSL, [ ] CABLE, [ ] Dail-Up, [ ] Other

So i've tried to transfer a 7 kb file from the local server to a remote server. The transfer is still fast :

[R] Opening data connection IP: xx.xx.xx.xx PORT: 3xxxx
[R] STOR raidweek1.php
[R] 150 Ok to send data.
[R] 226 File receive OK.
Transferred: raidweek1.php 7 KB in 0,11 seconds (67,7 KB/s)
[R] PASV

but after this, flashfxp hangs in a white screen for a minute and after this, the list is complete an show:

Transferred: raidweek1.php 7 KB in 0,11 seconds (67,7 KB/s)
[R] PASV
[R] 227 Entering Passive Mode (xx,xx.xx.xxx.xx)
[R] Opening data connection IP: xx.xxx.xx.xx PORT: 5xxxx
[R] LIST -al
[R] 150 Here comes the directory listing.
[R] 226 Directory send OK.
[R] List Complete: 1 KB in 1 minute 33 seconds (0,0 KB/s)

Is there anything what i can do, to fix it ?
Thank for everything i would be very happy, if you can help me

Edit: enable 'send noop during transfer' open and see if that'll help
-> It dosn't help

greet
flummy
