Dose IEFlash.dll really works?

Afeter I registered IEFlash.dll,FlashFxp can link to my ftp link such as <a href ='ftp://username:wd@111.123.222.222:21'>myftplink</a> successfully when i click the link,but what strangely is the file directiory list can't show.
But if I put the ftp site into the site manage,it can works well and shows the file directory list.Why??
Does the link('ftp://username:wd@111.123.222.222:21') lose some parameters?
Help me!!
