Default Synology server to server FTP Transfers

Synology - Linux kernel

What would be the requirements or implementations needed to have FlashFXP do server to server ftp transfers on this NAS toaster? Also, would it be possible to submit the task in background or does it require FlashFXP running to do the server to server transfer?

Any advise welcome,

Will

Can I close FlashFXP while the ftp server to server transfers are running or do I need to keep FlashFXP running?

yes and no
since data is not going though you, there is no need for you.
however when you disconnect, server will see that control connection is closed and will abort fxp transfer.
