Help Please! - Speed Prob.. Please?

Hi..

I'm new here and also to the program..

So.. my problem is the download speed, as usualy I connect to a pab\ftp and all great but...

Here comes the big but, my download speed going to 10 kbp's and dont wanna go higher..

Your sure its because the pab\ftp is slow or full but its not, I've tryed many of these

and It's not that.

My connection speed is 1.5 MB and I have no idea why its like that..

I set up (at the install) the prog so the firewall wont take effect on it and I tried to turn it off

and its still not working..

Please HELP!!!
