I'm using the following

* Lastest FlashFXP 3.4.0 Build 1145, registered version, recently purchase
* OS Windows XP SP2
* Not behind NAT/router
* No firewall
* Mcafee Antivirus
* LAN and Cable Network
kwsxwx is offline

correctly, download, downloaded, files, resume
