Default command-line parameter to specify implicit-SSL?

I doubt it, but I'm gonna try my luck with this anyway.

Does a command-line parameter exist that would allow me to specify to connect to the server given via the "Implicit SSL" feature?

no. There are too many SSL options to support them all via command line. I recommend creating a site in the site manager with all required SSL settings, and use the command line with said created site.
