How to set port mode for some site?

* Running Antivirus [ ] Yes, Name [ ] or [ x] No
* Network [ ] xDSL, [ ] CABLE, [ ] Dail-Up, [ x] Other
* FTP server(s) name [Pure-FTPd [TLS]], version [ ]
I have simple question
How to set port mode for some site?
The FTP Serer allows only PORT and flashfxp says i need to update my site profile but i cant find anyware this setting only for FXP mode but i use the normal pc2ftp connection so i need to wait until flasfxp gives me timeout then it tries PORT mode
