Default Fxp speed change?
Ever since i started blocking ports in norton antivirus(mirc worms,trojans)my download speeds gotten alot slower. Im only getting 50kbs now when i use to get 500kbs. I also tried it on my other pc that doesn't have norton and its downloading at 50kbs too. So today i tried ftprush same site same file and i get 500kbs any know know what wrong?
