Sorry, it took me much longer than planned to setup a Windows 7 SP1 + all updates with the simplified Chinese language on a virtual machine, once I got the test machine up and running I was able to identify and resolve the problem.

I found the problem and it will be fixed in the next build. (I sent you an email that included a download link to the fixed build for testing)
