frozen on username

Hello everyone.I just wanna ask if anyone experienced this problem.Suddenly after 2 days i cant connect almost to any of my ftp servers.I'm "frozen" on my username : 220 Please enter your login name now.
USER xxxxx
and after 900 seconds i timed out.Interesting is i can connect there under same account from different computer(different ip address).ANyone have idea what could be wrong ? thx .

i have seen this a few times myself from time to time, the last was only last night, although if i try another server its ok.

In the past, if the ftp was restarted, it would work ok again, so it looks to me its a server issue, and not flash..

What FTP are you having problems on?

well i think that too its some server issue.What is pissing me off its already 2nd day and i cant connect.220 Please enter your login name now.

Connection failed (Connection timed out)
Ftps r private,europe,usa sites.I can connect to some of them and on the rest im getting frozen.Its weird.

yes ...everyone can connect just only i cant heh
he see me ...im hanging there and then timed out
