Have to connect in Passive all the time

I just did a total reformat and fresh install of Win Xp Pro.. I now have to connect to all sites in Passive mode. I've never experiance this problem before. I know there is prolly one little thing i need to change but i can't seem to locate it.

I would appreciate any assistance
