Can i put a password to pop up every time i log in a site in my

site manager?

i have a lil brother that just destroy everything he put his hands

No.

However recent beta versions have introduced a new feature we call Application Password Protection, Which allows you to completely password protect FlashFXP.

Using the latest beta this option is located on the Main Menu > Sites > Security > Set Password
