How to get my LOST reg info ???

I have lost my registration info, and can not retrieve it here on the web page due to the fact that, that section is down. I have also written support@flash.com 3 times asking for help but have gotten no reply in 4 days : (

What is up ? and what can I do ??

the section is now up. please try there now. we have been working out some problems with support email as of late and so replies have been slow. let us know if that form works for you

If you haven't already gotten a reply then I never got your email.

At the moment we are not updating email addresses unless you can show proof of purchase (the registration key). There have been several attempts to trick us into changing email addresses from someone impersonating the original owner and this will not be tolerated. These people have ruined it for everyone.

It is very important that you save your registration key onto a floppy disk or some other safe place so that it can be restored at a later time.
