in the future please use correct message title.
"Reallly Big Problem!!" doesn't tell what kind of problem and will not help it solve any faster no matter how many ! you put.
what might seem "Reallly Big Problem!!" to you might be nothing to somebody else.

The cursor just flashed once and that was it.!
which cursor are you talking about?

What OS?
What FlashFXP build number?
Where did you download it from?
Did you try reinstalling FlashFXP?
Did you try rebooting?

FlashFXP will not run if you have an active debugger running (like softice)

1.3.0.x? Heh.. I dare not ask exactly where that was found at, considering 1.4.8xx is the latest.

I downloaded it from flash fxp.com the same site this board is on.
I checked the properties on the Flash.exe and it said version 1.3.0.6 But I did download it from the 4.1 link on this site.

Ah, that's just the internal build version, you threw me off for a minute there. I'm guessing either bigstar's forgot to adjust it, or it has another purpose altogether. For future reference, the more commonly used version # is listed in Help/About, and a brand new beta is in the beta-section. Try that one, and if it still fails, list some specifics about the machine, etc, like MxxCon asked you to do.

I went to flash fxp.com but I couldn't find any beta section, under downloads it just kicked me to tucows, which I downloaded again with the same results. can you give me the site for the beta.
Flash fxp instals fine but when I go to run the exe my curser justs flashes like it is tryimg to exe but then just stops.

You find the latest beta posted here (http://www.flashfxp.org/~forum/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=11). Hope you'll have more luck with it.

You can not go by the file properties version information, This information is not updated correctly.

The correct version information can be found while FlashFXP is running, Click The Help menu, Then About.

I only used the properties because I can't get Flash Fxp to run, just install.
I just downloaded the beta ver. 1.4.810. I'll let you know how it goes.
