Hello my flashfxp is registered and I dont need to rereg it now but in the future if I reinstall windows I might need to but I lost my reg key, what is the procedure for getting it recovered?

I went and tried to get my registration key and it said I wasn't a registerd user . But I bought FlashFXP a while back .

The key request form has been broken for the past couple days, please try again.. If you can't find it now please contact support@flashfxp.com with your name & email.
