Bandwidth limiters missed

Hi, Masters...


I have a small problem with bandwidth limiters:


My ioFTPD.ini:

Global_Inbound_Bandwidth = 1000
Global_Outbound_Bandwidth = 2000
Client_Inbound_Bandwidth = 200
Client_Outbound_Bandwidth = 60

But Download speed limit: %[limit(dn_speed)]kb/s
Upload Speed limit: %[limit(up_speed)]kb/s

shown, normally, 0 kb/s and 0 kb/s and eventually -1 kb/s and -1 kb/s....


Where it could be the error? :(

Those cookies displays the user's speedlimits...
site change username speedlimit x y

They don't display the .ini settings....
