Please help... about transfer...

I have a problem
when I try to upload a file over 3 mega for example
when it is reach to 2 mega it is show big speed of upload
and then the software doesn't work, it stuck
and when I try to resume after 2 mega it is happen again

and I don't know why it is happen...

please give me a solution....
