I'm a registered user of FlashFXP.
When I have registered, it was with an email which is not available anymore, since the provider has stopped it's activity.
My question is how to sign up here :
https://secure.flashfxp.com/customerportal.php
and receive my login and password to be able to connect to the portal ?

three days ago, I've contacted support@inicom.net
they asked me the Registration Email, to be sure, I'm a real customer and I own a legitimate licence copy of flashfxp
I've given them what they asked, and no reply to my request after 3 days
It appears to me it is not a professional way to satisfy a legitimate customer
I don't understand what to do now, to have an answer to my question
If somebody here could contact the support for me, to explain I need a simple answer to a very simple question.

You sent the required information on 12/11, a Saturday. It is not standard to expect FREE support to be provided on a weekend. We do not actively monitor the support queue on the weekends. I have taken care of your request within 1 business day (our goal), and you should have an email address confirming your changes as well as your registration key.
