Can't List folder content

using Flash FXP v.302 build 1045 unregistert
conection is Network/DSL
"hardware firewall"Router

i was using v2.xx that worked fine until i reinstalled the system win2k sp4 .. i was hopeing an update would fix my prob. everything looks fine to [R] LIST -al than it dose noting for 2min
until Conection is lost time out.. But with the new version i have the same prob .. i can only conect to FTP using IE :|
have you got any Idea why it dont work??

it says listing Directory for some 2 min .. and then the connection is lost .. :confused:

i'll see if i find any thing in my router thet could coz it but i dont thik so ..
