glitch in window rendering

Can you please explain the glitch?
I'm not sure what I'm looking for.

the vertical scroll bar goes beyond the actual scroll window. probably not so much a glitch but a design decision, i think all other window apps end the scroll bar in the actual scroll window. and to me it makes more sense that way :)

This is the standard behavior for a windows ListView control and as far as I know cannot be changed.
