No buffer space available

I've been getting this error messages with 3.0 B 1025. It was working fine with 1015.

[12:27:16] [R] BIND x.x.x.x- Error: 10055: No buffer space available
[12:27:16] [R] Connection failed (10055: No buffer space available)

All my download stopped and marked failed

or any other google-found page by searching "10055: No buffer space available", which is a Winsock error.

Mostly it means that you've run out of ram/virtual memory and need to free some (or better yet, reboot).

Sorry, but I beg to be different,

1GB RAM, free physical still at 400MB. Never had this problem before. Is it possible final version of xp sp2 limits the buffer?

And yes I gogled before I post here.
