ERROR on key send!!!!!!!!

Ok i register flash fxp (2 licenses) via CC and the money is apllied on CC but i get an email with the keys to use FlashFXP a attached document .php but inside say:

"2004-08-23 03:21:45 Error: Key Generation Failed."

HELP PLEASE IS MONEY HERE!
