I have bought two single licenses in two consecutive days. On the first one, I have a couple of emails from support with confirmation and my license. I can also get access to customer portal. However, when I bought the second single user license, It didn't show up in customer portal. Licenses still shows 1, and the send license link send the first license.

Although I have the second license emailed, I'd like to see this in my customer profile. Do I need to have another customer profile?

For single user licenses, yes, you should have another user profile. Try using the "Register" link on the customer portal page...both your licenses should come up.
