When i download some files from ftp servers, after a certain amount of time which is not always the same time ( Could be after 3 hours of downloading or 5 hours or 2 days... or when i restart my pc and load the queue files i get that following error message

Error: "IP Address" not found in Site Manager

In order to continu the downloading i actually need to retreive all of the information and restart the transfert manually.

I tried several versions of the program (flashfxp) and the same thing occured.

Lastly i tried vers 2.1 built 924 with the same situation.

I did a search over the internet and i seem to be the only person having that error message...

Thanks for your time

Dan

The information to connect to the site is kept in the History in the connect dialog, or in the site manager if u added it there. The actual queue file doesn't know how to connect to the site, it just knows the name of the site, which is "IP address" in this case since u probably didn't add it to the site manager.
If the connections info are gone from the connect history, there is no way for FFXP to be able to re-connect to the site to continue the transfers. This can happen if u fill the history with more sites, and the one u're transfering from is removed from it.

to expand a bit on what Mouton said,
if you are using Quick Connect, queue some files and start transfering, then start another instance and add a bunch more sites to Quick Connect, eventually info about site from which you are transfering will get pushed out of Quick Connect history.
to solve this issue you can
stop connecting to so many sites (pubs i'm sure:rolleyes:)
add that site to Site Manager
modify flashfxp.ini to increase the size of quick connect history, info on that is located in FAQ forum

Thanks a bunch for your help guys.

I will take a look in the FAQ in order to find the procedure to increase the size of the history in order to fix this issue.

Thanks a bunch
