Setting up a server

I did a search for this in order to reduce the likelyhood of me asking a redundant question, but was unable to find the answer I was looking for.

My question is, is there any way to use this program to set up as a FTP server so ppl can download form my computer? If so, how? I tried setting it up by myself, but was unsucessful.

FlashFxp is a client , not a server, so in order to let someone connect to u, u need a program like raidenftpd (http://www.raidenftpd.com) or BulletProof (http://www.bpftpserver.com/) , and btw it was asked before , read here (http://forum.flashfxp.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3136)
