FlashFXP 3 is great, but what it really lacks is Unicode support.

The UTF-8 extension draft for ftp can be download from http://www.smartftp.com/Products/SmartFTP/RFC/draft-ietf-ftpext-utf-8-option-00.txt.

It looks like there are so many Unicode extensions for Delphi already.
