Got my hands on the bounced log file of flashfxp.com
Found many email addresses of people who complained they weren't receiving any emails from the customer portal...

If i didn't pm you already, and you don't receive certain emails from flashfxp.com, post ONE message here and pm me the email address in question.
I'll check through the bounce log for you.

Side note: lycos.de rejects our messages for some weird reason...
"Message content rejected" and nothing else.
I suggest using another email address if possible for those of you who have such an account.

when I use "New Account - Lost Password" ,
no any email send to me. but when I use "Request Lost Registration Key Form", the email can send to me.

you PM me already, but should i use now the password from that mail you send with the PM?
When i try it says "Invalid username or password (Code 2). ". I tried the second one wich was from 07. june.

And you wrote "I suggest using another email address if possible", but how to use an other email adress when we should use the adress with which we registered flashfxp

Would the option to send an email to more than one address be considered ?

I would like to add my work email address.

This would require more code to handle that at many places...
Which means money...
The code is already overloaded with different possibilities, for multiple accounts etc. I wouldn't want to add more to that.
Maybe on the next website.

Hi

Since I bought (23 june 2004) program FlashFxp i tried upgrade my registration key to version 3. I did this several times and i didn't receive any e-mail with new registration key.

Your mail server seems to have problems:
554 5.0.0 Service unavailable.

Please retry and if it doesn't work, please provide another email address in pm so I can update your profile.

Now seems to be ok with e-mails. Admin of my e-mail server have bloked some IP adresses because of hack attaks, now *flashfxp.com and *flashfxp.ws are unblocked.

Log into the Customer Portal and go in Your Keys and hit the Send button there. The email is sent and should be received within seconds.

Been tryin to upgrade my key and get a portal login for about 3 days now. Registered on the forum with different email and it works. Sending you a pm now.

Most of the problems are with servers using SORBS, so our emails to you have been dropped by your servers without notice.
I sent copies in pm.
