Error when trying to load a picture

Im trying to upload a picture and i keep getting this msg
266- WARNING! 424 bare linefeeds received in ASCll mode
File may not have transferred correctly.

and when i go to look at the picture it is really messed up.

Any idea how to fix this?....
no matter how many times i try it, it keeps messing up for this picture. Its done this before and usually once i resave the picture and try again it works but for this one it wont for some reason.

you need to transfer in binary mode.

it should be in auto mode unless you changed it...check out this page, and see if that helps you...HELP is your friend :)
