i need help

i need help from someone who can tell me about flashfxp. i tryed to put in a server number, but it keep saying connection failed. i put in the right numbers from someone else and he said they are the right numbers. are there some types of settings i need to know about like memory, files

Some suggestions:


Try using PASV mode. (Options > Proxy/Firewall/Ident > Use Passive Mode).
Make sure the server, username, and password are correct
Are you using a software firewall? Check to see that your firewall isn't interfering
