what ports to foward

I have an ftp server behind my router. I am already fowarding port 21. Are there any additional ports i need to forward for people to be able to fxp to and from me?

yes, beside control connection port (21 in your case), you also need to forward data connection port range. you'll need to consult your server's documentation how to configure data connection ports and how to forward them, since it's beyond the scope of this forum

Also, How big must this range be?

standard ftp data port is 20. but i suggest you read the ftpd doc's and forward a range of passive ports for the server
