It sounds like the connection is being lost but the connection lost signal isn't making it to FlashFXP.
Some routers will drop a connection without informing either end.

I assumed you were transferring files over the internet.
Uploading or Downloading?
What ftp server software?

I'm having exactly the same problems with build 924. The transfers start off fine between xbox and my Netgear router then after a coupla minutes slow down and stop. No error messages or anything.

I'm having the same problem, and I'm glad I'm not the only one!
I'm also using Build 924 and trying to FTP to my remote webserver using my Netgear DG834G router and 512kb ADSL connection (128kb upload).
When I attempt to upload, the transfer speed starts at around 8KBps then over the next few seconds drops to 4, to 2, to 1, to 0.00 KBps. I have to then soft abort, and usually disconnect and reconnect to the site.
I also use FlashFXP to transfer files to my Xbox, but I don't have this problem there, although my upload speeds seem to be limited to about 300-400KBps which is pretty slow, even for the Wireless-B bridge the Xbox is connected to.
I suspect all my other settings are correct, as I can upload/download locally and remotely by connecting to FTP through IE.
Maybe its an incompatibility with Netgear routers?

BiOvOrE, tamper DO NOT piggyback on other people's threads since your problem and system config can be completly different from gamepin126's.
make a new thread with all the required info and explaining your problem

Oh bugger it - I've migrated to SmartFTP and everything's fine.
MxxCon - A little more politeness in your generic responses might go a long way...

Under some circumstances FlashFXP v2.1 has some performance issues when uploading. You may want to try one of the newer beta releases.

This original thread has several different questions all with slightly different problems. My reply was specific to tamper.
However.. FlashFXP v2.2 beta has been optimized for xbox transfers, you will get better transfer speeds using the v2.2 beta then you will with v2.1 or older.
