I have tried to chmod a folder (it has many files in it that I also want to chmod with the same attributes). I end up getting the folder with the correct chmod number but the files remain the same. I just want to be able to chmod an entire folder without going and changing them all manually. Hope this makes sense.
Thanks

i'm not sure what version you are running, but the version i'm using right now, 2.2.980 (beta), has an option to "apply changes to all subfolders and files". just right click the folder you want to change, and check that option

Ya I have version 2.0 (Build 900). I guess it is time to update.
