Ive noticed that when i have a friend fxp to me i get some awsome speeds. but when I download directly with flash I get really bad speeds. 120-420 Kb/s for fxp and up to 20 Kb/s when i down load directly

im using version 2.1 build 924 this the work computer we have a 4 meg down stream

I've seen many cases where the host server has capped user downloads, but still give great bandwidth site to site transfer. When that happens to me, I FXP the stuff to a server I know that I get fast download from. It's an extra step, but it saves a lot of time.

You need to check with the owner of the host server to see if that is the case, most likely this is not FLashFXP problem.
