Set PASV transfer mode per site

Some servers I'm connecting to are located behid firewalls, NAT gateways on non standard ports and e.t.c. so they do not allow PASV mode to be used. Some other servers allow PASV only. It would be outstanding to have possibility to specify this option per configured site and not only as global setting.
