Send raw FTP command

Can any one help I'm looking to find out how to send raw ftp command with FlashFxp

there is a menu called "Commands", there is an entry called "Raw Command". :rolleyes:
also pressing ctrl-shift-r will open permanent line above status window where you can enter raw command.
both of these things are listed in the help file
