Per Site - Speed Limit?

I might be missing this but there is only one option for all sites with respect to speed limiting.

Can we get it on a per site basis or per connection basis so you can wind it up or down depending on what else you are doing???

Just a thought as it would be really handy to have...

I think it could be useful to have an option per site to allow some bookmarked entries to bypass transfer speed limit. At last I would use this option
The example is that you want to limit your outbound transfer speed but have no limit on the LAN.
