FlashFXP uses the default route, you need to configure your LAN as the default route.

I'm not entirely sure in Windows 2000, I'm using Window XP.

If you're a registered user you can download v2.2 build 964 BETA. I've added a new setting that lets you force the interface by entering the IP address. This is an advanced setting changed via the FlashFXP.ini

The following changes could have cause unexpected results, use at your own risk.

In Windows XP

Network Connections
Right click on the network adapter that is currently the default route and select properties.
Select Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)
Click Properties
Click Advanced
Uncheck Automatic metric
Now you'll want to change the interface metric to a value higher than the other network adapter. With two network cards 30 should be high enough.
