Can't connect

Hi,

First I want to say that I'm from Germany,so my English isn't very well.

Here is my Problem:

I can't connect with FlashFXP. Some days ago it just worked. But now, sometimes it works and sometimes not.
After a few seconds this message appears:

Connection failed (Connection timed out)

I don't know what to do. Please help me.
