Speed Issue

Using a registered version of FlashFXP 2.1 (build 924)
My Os is win Xp Pro service pack 1a (blah blah)

I have connected xbox to pc or pc to xbox-

My problem is file transfer speeds... To download I get about 7 to 8mb
but uploading I get 40.62kb max

all the cabling is cat5 runing through a netgear hub
sometime the upload will get faster but very rare
can yous help

The port I am using is 21 and have no active firewalls

F6, Advanced tab, "Upload packet size" option. play around with those values and find the ones that works best for you
