Speed Issues.... Need help BADLY..

Hi...
I'm new in using FlashFXP, and i get speed problem.
I have to download a big size from my friend server about 150M. But the transfer rate on my FlashFXP just 1.21kbp/s .

What should I do to speed it up ?
