Move failed item to queue bottom

When transfer failed,retry immediately usually doesn't work.
If FlashFXP can automatically move failed item to the bottom of the queue,I think that would be much better

and how about an option to make flashfxp not mark the failed file as 'failed', a sort of queue retry option?
