Magic trade command, like in pftp?

Any way to make a command like the E button i pftp?

That is refresh both sites, compare(ctrl-d), and transfer, for those of u that didn't know

For me that's many more tho.

Have to click on both sites, and press F5 on both, then ctrl-D, and then drag the files over.

Muck easier to have a shot-button, if that's possible??
