Extra commands in Desktop shortcut?

this layout easily logs onto 2 sites with correct dir showing, i also need extra commands here

1. too enable Alternate mode FXP (NO PASV) for up & downloads
2. Too enable Auth SSL

is this yet possible? i asked about the SSL one a few months ago

No this isn't possible, your best bet is to reference the site from your site manager.
