Spybot S&D disables Flash FXP

Ever since I've downloaded Spybot S&D to clean adware/spware from my system I've no longer been able to connect, my connections just get hung up & timeout. It's affected other FTP programs on my other systems as well, even after uninstalling everything, and reinstalling Flash FXP it still won't connect anymore. Connection still occurs on system that never had Spybot.

well, since it killed other ftp applications as well
you should contact support for S&D.
this issue is beyond our scope

Spybot S&D is shareware and I have requested help with this issue, but I can't hold my breath waiting for a reply.
Systems affected are Windows 2000pro & Windows 98se.
I can still log onto my ftp site thru Microsoft Internet Explorer, just not thru any FTP software programs, any ideas?

Just using Spybot S&D will not disable FlashFXP, I myself also use Spybot S&D. There has got to be more to it.

All I know is it worked before Spybot and doesn't after.
Oddly enough I can still access my ftp site directly through Microsoft Internet Explorer though. Hmmm.
All my ftp programs still say "connection refused" when I cancel the attempt after waiting a long time. The non-Spybot computer connects immediately with the same ftp programs.

look over what you removed using S&D...some of those things must have broken your ftp connection...tho i don't see how it's possible since IE works:eek:
