Hello, how I can load with FlashFXP with full speed? For the moment it
goes only with max. 18 KB/s

Maybe your i-net connection is limited to 18kB/s.

You can't. Your internet connection is as fast as it is. Deal with it, or call your ISP and pay for a faster one.
