I cant UPload anything !!

hilo im new here in the FORUM and i got some Question about FXP !!
my Problem is that if i want to upload anything to a PUB that the upload goes very very SLOWLY thats my prob i use no ROUTER no FIREWALL and wanna ask if somebody know these probs ??
:( and can Help me or gimmi some good TIPS !! thx alot !!:p

only with FlashFxp @ all Server minimal Upload is evrywhere 0,..-3,...!! not more !!

please update your forum profile to include your FlashFXP ID

also please paste your FlashFXP log with the error you are getting when trying to upload.
