I searched the forums for this, so if its an old tired subject, sorry...

Is there a way to 'hack' FlashXP so that it keeps the local date/time of a file (on the client machine) when it uploads to the server? I already found the option to do this for files when you download them (retains the server's file date/time). Seems like a simple request... :D

there is no command to change file date/time on ftp server, so how can flashfxp retain it?
it'll be set to whatever time you u/led that file

I follow your logic, but I have used other FTP programs where the local date/time is retained. :o If it is impossible to do this with FlashFXP, just tell me and I'll go away. At least, I'll go away form this thread... ;)

what program can change file's time/date?

This option will be introduced into the next release v2.2

MxxCon the command is MDTM and support is determined via the FEAT command

I'm sorry we currently do not have a time frame for the next release.
