problem

hello I have a problem, I can't stop a scan normaly you have scan from 112.11.0.0 to 112.11.255.255 but I did 112.11.0.0 to 112.11.255. I forgot the last one.
I use scan500 And after a scan you have a textfile witch you can delete after a complete scan but because of my mestake i can't stop it, Is there someone who knows how to stop this????
