* Running behind NAT/router Not sure
* Running firewall No
* Running Antivirus No
* Network Dail-Up

Is it possible to dircect dowload from a http dowload to my ftp site ?

no.
FlashFXP is only FTP client.
and http and ftp protocols are not compatible.
